Yes, the session is divided into various segments with regular breaks. This includes a longer lunch time break to give you sufficient time to eat.

No. You will be required to provide complete focus during the session. During any breaks or lunch, you are welcome to attend to work-related matters but we encourage you to avoid this if possible because breaks are a chance for you to reflect on what you have learnt.
